Das Messe-Flaggschiff der Branche setzt wieder Segel

Jede Branche hat ihre wichtigsten Termine. Für die Games-Industrie sind das fünf Tage im August. Die GC, das Messe-Flaggschiff setzt die Segel, und alle wichtigen Partner der Branche stellen ihren Kurs für das laufende und kommende Jahr vor. Das Konzept der GC ist klar: Sie ist zugleich eine Messe für das Business sowie für die breite Öffentlichkeit. In den separaten Räumlichkeiten des GC Business Center können Aussteller und Fachbesucher Kontakte knüpfen und Geschäfte abschließen, während die Aussteller in den Publikumshallen ihre Produkte und Dienstleistungen in Szene setzen können.

Wir würden uns freuen, Sie als Aussteller oder Besucher der GC auf dem Leipziger Messegelände begrüßen zu können.

Auch dieses Jahr findet die GC wieder im August in Leipzig statt. Vom 23.08 bis zum 26.08 kann man auf der Messe sich einen persönlichen Eindruck von den Hits von morgen bilden. Aber auch ansonsten ist für Unterhaltung gesorgt, mit Funsportaktivitäten und dem dem alljährlichen Konzert, dass wie immer einen Tag vor der eigentlichen Messe (25.08) stattfindet. Bei diesem Konzert werden eingängige Melodien aus bekannten Spielen neu verfasst und vorgeführt.

Außerdem wird es in diesem Jahr sogennante "Chillout Areas" geben, in denem man sich ausruhen kann. Gleichzeitig kann man das Messegeschehen durch das GC-TV betrachten, damit einem nichts entgeht. Aber genug Marketinggeblubber. Besucht sonst jemand aus dem Forum die GC 2007? Ich werde vermutlich am Donnerstag oder Freitag dort sein. Samstag würde mir besser passen, aber ... jeder der schon mal da war, weiß, warum das keine so gute Idee ist.

Nachdem ich die Sache mit der Hinreise jetzt geklärt habe, bin ich sicher den ganzen Samstag zusammen mit einem Freund auf der GC. Wollte eigentlich Freitag, aber da kann mein Freund nicht.
